Cancelation Policy

All readings pre-recorded and live start in accordance with Eastern Standard Time Zone. I have a 10 minute grace period for those that choose to have a live reading. After the 10 minutes if you are a no-show I give you until 6 pm EST the Same Day to email me for your makeup time and date! If you miss the 6 pm deadline you will have to reschedule me. I don't offer refunds. You have 24hrs to cancel your appointment to give other the opportunity to have that time slot!
